Xinlan Liu
Xinlan is a highly skilled and experienced mental health nurse, holding a Master of Mental Health Nursing degree from Flinders University in Adelaide. Throughout her career, she has held various senior clinical positions in the healthcare sector, including mental health nurse in a non-for-profit organisation, a senior psychiatric nurse in the psychiatric assessment and planning unit as well as psychiatric Inpatient unit, and a Covid Clinician during the Pandemic.
In addition to her nursing experience, Xinlan has also worked directly as a disability support worker, providing high-quality support to people throughout the community.
Xinlan speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Tendai Machingarufu
Tendai has a Bachelor of Nursing and a Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing. He is a highly skilled and experienced mental health nurse with a strong track record of providing excellent patient care in both clinical and community settings. He has extensive experience in conducting emergency department psychiatric services, managing phone triage and working with diverse patient populations.
Tendai speaks English and Shona.
Mei Yee Chan
Mei Yee is a highly qualified registered nurse with a wealth of experience in the healthcare sector. She holds a Masters of Advanced Nursing Practice and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a highly experienced psychiatric nurse with a background in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with mental health conditions and eating disorders.
She has held several leadership positions at several hospitals in Victoria where she was responsible for leading teams of nursing staff, providing evidence-based care, conducting clinical reviews, and supporting patients in their recovery and rehabilitation.
Mei Yee speaks English, Malay, Hokkien, Mandarin and Cantonese.
